SHADOW TRAINING PROGRAM

Sometimes, the most powerful step a parent can take is not just to find the right support for their child—but to learn how support actually works.
Sunrise Learning Foundation’s Shadow Training Program is a practical, hands-on training initiative designed especially for mothers, fathers and primary caregivers of children on the autism spectrum and with related developmental needs, as well as individuals interested in developing skills for meaningful learner support.
Participants learn within a real Special School environment, gaining guided exposure to children with diverse learning and support needs while building practical skills in observation, engagement, communication, behaviour support, classroom participation and everyday learner assistance.
The program combines hands-on, on-site training with access to self-paced theory tutorials, allowing participants to connect knowledge with real-life practice.
Duration: 3–6 months
Timings: 9:00 am–1:00 pm
Venue: Sunrise Learning, Special School & Vocational Unit, Sector 116, Noida
